Adult Obesity Prevalence Map

Map (Centers for Disease Control)

CDC's Obesity MapThe Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) created maps to illustrate the prevalence of self-reported obesity among U.S. adults by state and territory according to results from Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System surveys. BRFSS is the world’s largest, on-going telephone health survey system, tracking health conditions and risk behaviors among adults in all 50 states and select territories. Currently, maps provided illustrate comparisons in the prevalence of self-reported obesity among U.S. adults by race/ethnicity in each state and territory based on 2014-2016 survey data.
